BECOME AN ARMY CADET
IN JUST THREE SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 1: CONFIRM THAT THE APPLICANT IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN

To join Army Cadets applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be between the ages of 12 - 18 years of age;

  • Must be a legal resident of Canada;

  • Must be able to provide proof of provincial health insurance coverage or equivalent (e.g. private health insurance); and

  • Must have the permission of their parent/guardian to join.

STEP 2: COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE

Ready to join? Complete our online application form quickly and easily on your own device by clicking the following link: Apply Online Now. Once we receive your application form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to finish the registration process.

STEP 3: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS IN-PERSON

Our Administration Officer will schedule an appointment with you to finish the registration process and confirm what documents are required to complete the file and to go over the onboarding process for our new cadet (e.g. how to order their uniform).

Please note that additional medical forms may be required for applicants with 
certain medical conditions (i.e. life-threatening allergies). These forms are meant to better aide us in ensuring the safety all of our Cadets while they participate in our training program.
